Refund policy

Thirty days, no questions. Read every page and try every day. If the guide was not worth it to you, you get all your money back.

How to ask

1. Within thirty days of buying, reply to your receipt email, or write to support@japanesehomerules.shop.
2. Say that you would like a refund. A reason is welcome but not needed.
3. We refund the full price through [payment platform], to the card or account you paid with, within five working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The files

You do not need to delete or return anything. If something in the guide helped, keep it.

The Home Library

The Library is refunded in full, the same way. If you would rather keep only the 30-Day Reset, say so, and we refund the difference of $20.

After thirty days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong, for example a file that will not open. We will make it right.
